So my thoughts on the nomic video just came out and I thought that this would be a good time to recap some of my experience with the nomics. So like I said in my video I’ve been climbing with the nomics for about three seasons, last season with the 2018 model. And I’ve got to say that they still continue to be the most consistently performing tool. The nomics have a great balance and just always get into the ice with ease no matter what ice condition.
I’ve only been curious about one other tool and that's the Ergonomic, so eventually I’d like to get my hands on them and compare them to the nomics. But as for right now the nomics are easily one of the best tools out there. But I do have one complaint, and that is that sometimes the pickweight gets loose, especially on hard dense ice. But that’s really it. I’ll update this if I find anything else good or bad!
